We ask our clients to arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointments.  Upon arrival, our team will welcome you, review all intake information and complete your check-in.


Remedi offers complimentary parking stalls clearly labelled in the underground parkade:

Approaching South on Willingdon Avenue

  • Take first alley on right immediately after Dawson Street
  • Enter parkade on right, identified by the sign posted as ‘The Dawson”

Approaching North on Willingdon Avenue

  • Turn left onto Dawson Street
  • Turn left onto Rosser Avenue
  • Take first left into side alley
  • Enter parkade on the left sign posted as ‘The Dawson’

There is also street parking in front of our location and several of our guests like to park at Wholefoods just a block away. Please do not hesitate to call us if you need any assistance with parking.

Deposit & Payment

Client treatment costs are shared during the consultation and will be clarified during appointment check-in.  The balance owing for products and treatments is due at the time of treatment.  Some treatments require a deposit which will be taken when an appointment is scheduled.  Any deposits will be credited towards the balance of your final invoice.  Deposits are refundable within a minimum of two business days’ notice for cancellation.  We accept cash, debit and all major credit cards.

Privacy & Confidentiality

During your initial booking we will create a unique client folio.  Your folio will be accessible to you at Remedi Wellness & Spa, and will include your contact information, health and treatment history.  This information is guarded as part of your client record, and, unless due to statute, law or your consent, your information is not shared with any third party.

Late Appointment Arrivals

To ensure that we are able to provide the best experience for all our clients, Remedi Wellness and Spa reserves the right to reschedule clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late for appointments.  If the client decides not to reschedule, the deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellations & Missed Appointments

We require a cancellation notice of two business days (48 hours) for a complete refund.  Clients will receive an appointment confirmation two days prior to a scheduled appointment.  Deposits for missed appointments are non-refundable.
