COVID-19 Update: How are we adjusting to the ‘new normal?’

At Remedi, we are committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of our staff and clients. It’s been a month since we reopened, and we had taken several measures in order to adjust to the ‘new normal.’

Here are some of the steps we’re continuing to take to while providing you with our exceptional service:

  • We are accepting clients on an ‘appointment-only’ basis. With adequate gaps between various appointments, we’re not only able to implement our physical distancing measures, but we’re also able to ensure that we have enough time to disinfect our treatment rooms between appointments.
  • Our staff is wearing adequate safety equipment such as masks, gloves, and necessary personal protective equipment. All our safety protocols go beyond the measures outlined in the provincial guidelines.
  • We are requiring our customers to fill all the necessary forms online. These forms may require you to self-declare that you or your close contacts are not experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19.
  • Even though we continue to accept cash, we’re encouraging our customers to use contactless payment options. 
  • With our revamped online store, you can get all the products delivered to your doorstep. Apart from offering in-person consultations in safe settings, we continue to offer virtual consultations over audio and video calls.
